Welcome to Genome Alberta, the newest Centre under Genome Canada, made possible in partnership with Alberta Advanced Education and Technology and Genome Canada to whom we owe our sincere thanks.

The potential that lies before us is huge, with anticipated benefits to our industrial, governmental, and other co-funding partners. We are confident about the future due to the significant investments in our activities from many sources, the scientific opportunities arising from those investments, and the potential socioeconomic impact emerging from the discoveries made by our research teams.

We are a growing part of a worldwide community of researchers in the field of genomics, proteomics, bioinformatics and bioethics. We thank you for your interest in our activities, and we look forward to your support as we help to create the future.
